Investments are tailored based on the individual clients’ risk profile, tenor and deal size. For shipowners, we offer a wide range of refinancing alternatives including but not limited to sale leaseback structures. LMP places equity stakes alongside third party investors, and retains the role of Disponent Owner and General Partner.

advisory and Shipbroking 

Our team has over 40 years experience from the Sale Purchase/Newbuilding markets including: successful negotiations and deliveries of newbuildings, secondhand sales, fleet sales and bank driven sales. We continue to offer brokerage services for select clients.

Having completed thousands of ship valuations through the years, we offer this service to a multitude of clients. LMP also offers insight into the shipping business as a whole; we advise on asset entry/exit strategies as well as employment strategies for shipowners and investors alike.

technical management

As of January, 2019 LMP has entered an agreement with the Peter Döhle Group, to act as our technical and operational partner. Founded in 1956, Döhle today provides management of 350+ vessels and has substantial experience covering all major vessel segments.

In addition to technical management, Döhle also offers a variety of commercial operation alternatives, including several pools managed in-house.

This partnership allows for LMP to utilize, and draw on Döhle’s full technical capacity and infrastructure while providing best in class technical services and oversight for our projects.
